1. DELIVERY TERMS:

(a) Delivery service is only restricted to Hong Kong;
(b) Free delivery for purchase of HK$500 or above;
(c) Free delivery service is limited to one delivery location agreed prior to delivery, otherwise, an additional charge of HK$300 will be charged per one additional location;
(d) For outlying islands and locations without elevator, an additional charge of HK$300 will be charged;
(e) Purchase for less than HK$500, a delivery fee of HK$150 will be charged;
(f) Additional charge has to be paid upon delivery.

2. DELIVERY TIME:

(a) In stock goods will be delivered within 3-7 working days after order confirmation;
(b) We will contact customers to confirm delivery date and time before delivery;
(c) Delivery service may be canceled or delayed due to weather, traffic, or force majeure factors. We will inform you of further arrangements.

3. REMARK:

Cancellation is not acceptable once confirmed.
