AURABEAT CARE Prime – Filter Subscription & Warranty Service Terms and Conditions
Aurabeat provides AURABEAT CARE Prime service with filter subscription & warranty extension (“Service”) which provides replacement filter and free filter delivery service (“Filter Subscription Service”) to the device associated with the Service on a regular 6-month basis. Subscriber gets complimentary warranty extension after 12 months of service registration (“Warranty”) whenever the Service is valid.
1. Subscription
Your Service will continue until terminated. One Service is associated to one device only. Any additional device requires addition Service subscription to get the Service. Unless you cancel your Service 3 working days before your next 6-month billing date, you authorize us to charge the 6-month subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your credit card payment (see "Cancellation" below).
2. Warranty
Both subscriber joining through air purifier and filter purchase will be granted with a 6-month warranty to the air purifier, 12 months after you have registered the Service. This warranty will further be extended for another 6 months as long as the Service continues with successful subscription fee transaction from your credit card. Should the Service be terminated or suspended for reasons like failure to charge on the credit card, the complimentary warranty service shall also end on the same day the service was suspended or terminated. 3. Billing, Delivery and Cancellation
3.1. Billing Cycle. The subscription fee for the AURABEAT CARE Prime - Filter Subscription & Warranty Service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your credit card payment done during the purchase of the Service every 6-month after registration day. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example if your credit card payment has not been successfully settled.
3.2. Payment Methods.To subscribe to the Service you must provide credit card payment method. You authorize us to charge your credit card provided at the time of Service registration. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your Service, Aurabeat will suspend your Service until we have successfully charged the next transaction. For some credit card payment, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your credit card payment. Local tax charges may vary depending on the credit card payment used. Check with your credit card service provider for details.
3.3. Updating your Payment Methods. You can update your credit card payment by sending us email at subscription@aurabeat-tech.com. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).
3.4. Delivery. The delivery of filter will be done 3-7 days after payment is successfully charged under normal stock conditions. The replacement filter will be delivered to the address marked during purchase of the subscription. One-time change of delivery address during subscription period is not acceptable. 3.5. Cancellation. You can cancel your Service at any time. For any cancellation made within 1 year of purchase, a management fee of HKD 300 will be charged.
3.6 Refunds. In any case, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused filter.
3.7. Changes to the Price. We reserve the right to change our subscription service and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
4. Filter Subscription & Warranty Service
4.1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to subscribe on the Service.
4.2. The Service is for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with other individuals. During your subscription and warranty period, we grant you a non-transferable right to the Service which associated with the specific air purifier. Except for the foregoing, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you.
4.3. You agree to use the Service, including all features and functionalities associated therewith, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, or other restrictions on use of the service therein. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale that obtained from or through the Service. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these policies or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service.
4.4. The free warranty service is effective only 12 months after the day you have subscribed the Service.
5. Transfer of Service
The Service is non-transferable and is only associated to one device only.
